The Machine
Our AT-1 Filler/Seamer is one of the most compact, fully-automated canning systems on the market.
Designed for small batch canning, the single-head, atmospheric filler runs any standard 16oz can at 6-12 cans per minute, and requires only one person to operate.

The Process
Chill
Once we receive your kegs, we place them in our custom built cold chamber to chill their product down overnight.
Fill
Each can receives a CO2 purge, then a filling arm drops underneath the CO2 blanket, then another CO2 burst is placed on top of your product just prior to the lid being dropped on the can and seamed.
Prepare
We run a sanitization cycle through the canning system, measure the carbonation of your beer, and flush your product through our system, packing the lines with your product.
Label
Our labeling machine is highly flexible and two label placement locations are possible upon request.
Pack
After labeling each can, we place in a case tray and apply PakTechs. Then, your cans returns to the cold chamber and await your arrival
